Refund Policy

BRODANGEROUS REFUND POLICY

At BRODANGEROUS, every piece is made-to-order — crafted for quality, comfort, and bold design. Because of this, we don’t carry excess inventory or mass-produce our items.
Please read below to understand our refund process and what qualifies.


1. NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

As each item is custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.
Please double-check your size and details before completing your purchase.


2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Email support@brodangerous.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note: small variations in print, placement, or color may occur due to the made-to-order process — these are not considered defects.


3. REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).


4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — after that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
To cancel, email support@brodangerous.com as soon as possible with your order details.


5. SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order is delayed, lost, or returned to sender:

  • We’ll assist you in tracking and resolving it.

  • BRODANGEROUS is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers (outside Canada) are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
We cannot refund orders refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties.
